About Pawel
My name is Pawel, and I’m a certified Cambridge CELTA English teacher with over 20 years of real-life experience living, working, and communicating in the UK. I learnt English myself as a young adult, so I know exactly what it feels like to build a new skill from the ground up.
Before becoming an English teacher, I spent more than a decade working as a football coach. Those years taught me how to motivate people, explain things clearly, and create an atmosphere where people feel comfortable, capable, supported, able to speak up, and to make mistakes without fear. Teaching English became exciting to me because it’s a way to help people grow, open new doors, and genuinely change their lives through communication.
I teach because I love seeing students go from “I’m not sure I can do this” to “I can do this easily.” I love helping someone speak up for the first time, understand a difficult grammar point, or finally feel confident using English outside the classroom. For me, teaching isn’t just a job — it’s a personal commitment to every student I work with.

Learning a language is personal — and so is the way I teach. My approach is built on understanding each student as an individual: your goals, your challenges, your personality, and the way you learn best. I don’t deliver generic lessons.
Because I learnt English myself and have lived in the UK for 20 years, I know exactly what it feels like to move from “school English” to real, confident communication.
My lessons are based on real conversations, stories and real situations. I teach every student with the same care and commitment I would give to a member of my own family.
