Hey My name's Taj and I'm dedicated and a passionate Boxing Personal Trainer with 2 years of experience in coaching individuals of all skill levels. Adept at designing personalized training programs to improve strength, endurance, technique, and overall fitness. I have been doing Muay Thai and boxing camps overseas for about 5 years now with a minimum of 1 month plus of training. My clients can be any age there is no requirement, a length of a session can vary from 30 min to 60 min
