About Robyn
I'm a passionate teacher who thrives on seeing the joy in my student's face when they make something outside their comfort zone.
I run my own small catering business and am also employed as a chef by 2 of the major stadiums in Sydney.
Previously I ran a small food manufacturing business where we supplied salad dressings, marinades, fruit, nut & seed mixes and natural mueslis to select Coles, Woolworths, IGAs and other independent stores.
I have developed two Low FODMAP salad dressings under white label, which have been tested and endorsed by Monash University and appear on the shelves of select Coles, Woolworths and other independent stores.
I have four TAFE certificates being, Cert III Commercial Cookery, Cert II Bakery, Statement of Attainment (SoA) Patisserie, SoA Pastry. I also hold a Food Safety Supervisor certificate and am currently studying Cert IV in Training and Assessment (due to finish Dec 2023)

I teach in a very down to earth manner and want you to have fun while learning.
I teach all ages and love to teach the every day person to create something they only dreamed of. I assess the individual learning style, preferences and goals of each student to tailor my teaching approach accordingly.
Encourage active participation through discussions, questions, and collaborative problem-solving.
Break down complex topics into manageable segments to enhance comprehension.
Provide a clear outline of lesson objectives at the beginning and summarise key points at the end.
Overall, my goal is to create a positive and effective learning experience that empowers students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
