Before meeting a new student, I make sure I understand what are their fitness goals or objectives. It could be to strengthen body muscles, increase flexibility, correct body postures, learn inversions, to simply relax, or all of the mentioned. Based on this information, I select asanas that tick the needs and put together yoga sequences and flows that best achieve their goals.
