About Mona
Olaaa , My name is Mona , Monita for my friends !
I've been travelling for the past 6 years and finally settled in Byron this year. I love to move and dance , and I started to facilitate ecstatic dance workhop here.
I have discovered yoga 8 years ago and fell in love with the Art.
Yoga can help people on so many level , not just physically , it can help you find your inner peace , It can help soothe any anxiety , ease your mind and its a beautiful spiritual path.
I first did my 200h YTT in India as a way to get deeper into my practice , and didn't really started to teach seriously up until this year as I went back to do my 500H. I'm now working and giving classes and absolutly love to share this beautiful practice with the world.

Yoga is my passion and I love sharing this beautiful Art with the world. Yoga is so much more than just physical exercice, it is the Union of the Body , the Mind and the Soul.
I like to include the spiritual part of yoga , the pranayama ( breathing exercice ) and some meditation into my class and of course some fun and energetic flow !
I teach Vinyasa most of the time as I love the fluid movement linked with the breath , and I like to find new inventive flow to entertain my students.
Since I love to dance ( I've done ballet , modern , jazz and hip hop ), I'm very into flexibility and would love to help you gain more.
I , of course , will cater to your personnal needs and wants and will create a class based on what you like and wish for.
As for the lenght of class , it really depends on what you prefer. A normal class would be of 1h but could go on for 1h30 depends on your preferences.
I would really prefer to give classes face to face as I would like to align my students properly.
