About Stephanie

Stephanie Malka, Breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher.

My name is Stephanie!
Traveling for several years, I am originated from France.
I am 39 years old.
I worked 15 years in the corporate world.
In the grip of chronic stress in the world of Industry, I decided to quit my career and reorient my life. I embarked on the discovery of many humanist and spiritual disciplines and trained for 7 years between Europe, Asia, and America.
Today I am trained as :
- Professional Coach (Master degree)
- Sophrologist specializing in perinatal care
- Naturopath specialized in the intestinal microbiota
- Yoga Teacher - 750 hours Yoga Alliance Certified
- Breathwork coach - Yoga Alliance Certified
- Meditation facilitator - Yoga Alliance Certified

Facilitating Yoga and Breathwork sessions in Bali, I have trained there with Marylene Henry, Rachel Fearnley, and Lucy Foster-Perkins. More recently traveling to Mexico to train within the Yoga Institute of Yandara.

During the last 2 years, I am also offering online classes to companies (Vinyasa Yoga, breathwork, and relaxation with Yoga Nidra).

I have been trained and held space in Bali for regular breathwork sessions and workshops.

About the lesson

My accompaniment always starts with a discussion. We explore your needs, clarify any doubts, and set the logistic part together.
Depending on your motivations and requirements, I will provide you with all explanations about the techniques, and accompany you in each step of the process.
Your security and well-being are my priorities.

I offer 2 kinds of breathing practice:
-Relaxing Breathing or Meditative Breathing: soothing breathing practice allows you to focus, develop awareness, calm the nervous system and improve respiratory functions.
-Holotropic breathing: release deep emotions through the practice of an intense breathing pattern. This experience alternates your state of consciousness. Also called psychedelic breath or Rebirth.

Breathwork is a powerful and therefore natural practice. The benefits are numerous and affect you at physical, mental, psychological, and spiritual levels.
