About Jack

When it comes to clients, everyone is different. I always try and be good friends with my clients, some like to not talk as much for example. Some like to be motivated extremely and some like just to be told what to do and nothing more. I enjoy making friendly connections with my clients and making sure they are held accountable for the goal they need accomplished. I have a private gym at my apartment complex, it has everything we need. I also have my own equipment for travel. My website is Homemadeathletics.com for reviews.

About the lesson

It all depends on your goals! I have seperate routines for all of my athletes, elderly, deskworkers, powerlifters, injured, weight loss, etc. I give everyone a 6 week program depending on goals, after the client starts paying to start. Nutrition guidelines to follow through with are given as well.

Perfect! My first meeting with Jack was great! We did an assessment and talked about goals then did a really challenging but good workout targeting many different muscle groups and focusing on mobility and flexibility. Definitely looking forward to more sessions.
