About Jonathan
I am a NASM certified personal trainer and I have experience training and working with a wide variety of individuals in Cross Training circuit style training to Powerlifting completions. I have competed in 3 Cross Training competitions in which I have made Top 3 every time and I have also competed in 4 Powerlifting competitions both on state and national level wining first place twice. I have been in the fitness industry for over 7 years and have had a great variety of exposure to the wonderful world of exercise. I have also served in the United States Air Force where I was my units PT leader in where I coordinated military styler training. Whether you’re looking to just feel good and tone up or take your strength and competition to the next level, I have seen and can help it all.

I understand how difficult and stressful it can be to exercise. Whether you want lose fat and be confident in yourself or if you are trying bulk up and become shredded, it is intimidating. I also know seeking coaching and training is it’s own challenge, walking into a gym and seeing a ripped trainer can definitely make you feel out of place. But that’s where I want to help, fitness and exercise shouldn’t be a stressful or intimidating experience it should be a time put aside in your lifestyle for you. Workouts are your time to enjoy bettering yourself to become the best and happiest version of you. When you train or receive coaching from me I will not only coach you and teach you ways to implement fitness into your life without the intimidation, but also ways to improve the mind with fitness so that you can feel the difference. My goal is to give way to a new perspective into fitness whether you’re brand new to exercising or an expert just looking for a change.
