About Jennifer
In 2014 I began experimenting with food choices to see if they would affect my joint pain and stiffness. After my first Whole 30 I couldn't add back any of the foods I'd given up. That led me to suspect that my joint pain wasn't from practicing massage therapy but possibly rheumatoid. January of 2015 I adopted autoimmune paleo and saw my joint pain disappear. As the years have gone by I've found myself as more of a ketovore. (keto-carnivore)
I'm a medical massage therapist licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board
I taught anatomy and physiology for a community college for 7 years
I have a BS in environmental science
I became a certified Primal Health Coach in 2016
Through the American Council on Exercise I was a Certified Personal Trainer 2002-2004

I'm currently working towards a black belt in Taekwondo (2022)
I'm currently studying to become a Yoga instructor

Optimal health and healthy aging are largely a byproduct of what we eat. Every cellular process relies on nutrients and an awareness of anti-nutrients that could hinder those processes. If your cells don't have what they need to thrive then health isn't like to follow.
You can't supplement your way out of a poor diet. I teach people how to eat real food as the primary focus. When it comes to body weight composition (body fat %) food is 80%, fitness is 10%, and sleep is 10%.
Exercise is meant to strengthen the body and promote longevity. It's not a punishment for what you've eaten or what you hope to eat. I'll teach you which exercises will help you reach your goals no matter what your current fitness level is.
I do not teach starvation, chasing calories with fitness, or replacing meals with liquid food.

Cancellation Policy:
Please respect my time as I will respect yours. If a cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice I will not charge you for that session. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice will forfeit the session.
If I have to cancel a session for any reason, within any time period, I will add an extra session in addition to those you have paid for.
