About Marina

My name is Marina De Angelis, and I have recently started practicing as a Certified Holistic Health Nutritionist, with a license level 4 diploma in coaching. As a Holistic Health Nutritionist, it is my job to mentor and coach clients through a journey to feel their best through personalized lifestyle changes that not only meet unique dietary needs, but also emotional, and physical goals. With you, we can discover how to fuel your body, mind, and spirit, address health in a way that is meaningful to you and find the best wellness practices that benefit your every individualistic and multidimensional need. I can confidently say that you will find yourself experiencing a positively different, personalized side of healthcare should you decide to get to work with me! About the lesson

I work with clients to primarily promote awareness about the numerous gut axis through nutrition and lifestyle, however, my style as a nutritionist is about beyond what’s on the plate too. I equip my clients with the idea that there are areas in life that impact both your short-term and long-term health just as much as the food you eat. This food we feed our soul includes our relationships, careers, spiritualities, physical activity, and environments. These areas are just as important to consider as the food we use to fuel our bodies when addressing health holistically. We do this together by: 1. GETTING TO KNOW YOUR HOLISTIC HEALTH BACKGROUND - Here, we learn in detail about your past and current habits, health, concerns, and goals. We use a spectrum to analyze every main pillar of your health to set the stage for your healing journey as a whole. 2. CREATING OUR PLAN. - From here, we delve into the specifics for creating a customized plan that works for your health needs and goals whether they be long or short-term. This can look different for every client. For you, it may look like health consultations, nutritional consultations to learn about your gut health, learning how to invest in your gut health, even the creation of a specialized meal plan—the options are customized to benefit you!

Furthermore, she always takes the extra step to ensure that the student fully understands. Whether that be to learn a new method to support to student or going back in her notes from 3 years ago; she always gives her all! She is trustworthy by being extremely organized, through her schedule, notes, and teaching plans for the night. Drawing up what to cover with the student a few days prior to their meeting.
