About Tyler
I have worked with kids and teaching my entire adult life, from my first job teaching dance at 16 years old. In 2018 I graduated with a degree in elementary education from the University of Nebraska Omaha. I student taught in 5th grade and got a concentration in science and mathematics. From there I spent 3 years in various roles including first grade and special education. I took time off from teaching for a few years while in the process of relocating and settling down. During this time I worked for an EdTech company helping clients find quality education and helping tutors and teachers. I returned to teaching during the 2023/2024 school year teaching fourth grade math and science, which is my current role.
