About Grace
I have a Diploma in Fitness and Health, and I am also a certified personal trainer. I always have to explain movements and breathing cues to clients, therefore it is essential to come up with different ways in adapting how I explain things. I have also helped my peers out in learning the anatomy content! I have a passion for teaching and anything to do with the body and movement! It has been a bit since an anatomy class for me but promise to review your work in order to help you better.
