I can provide nutrition coaching with healthy recipes to incorporate into your diet.
I have over 2 years of personal training experience and have been training myself for over 8 years.
I have experience working with (and have myself) chronic illness, autoimmune disease, and digestive problems.
I work with all fitness levels, no matter what goal you are trying to achieve.
