Graduate from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Kinesiology & Health and an ISSA personal training certification. Competitive experience in swimming & years of hands-on experience with powerlifting/bodybuilding style training. Specialized in weight loss, muscle gain, body recomposition, performance optimization, and holistic wellness.

As an avid believer of holistic wellness, I tackle more than just physical health. I zoom out and take a look at mental health, emotional well-being, lifestyle choices, habits, nutrition, etc. A typical session with me will be challenging, but very rewarding. I tailor every single program specifically to each individual client and their needs/goals. I am here to be more than just a trainer. I will be one of your biggest cheerleaders & sources of motivation if needed. Lastly, this is a safe space for everyone whether you are young, old, a beginner, athlete, male, female, non-binary, neurodivergent, etc.
