About Charles
I was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, and speak 3 languages (although the other two languages aren't as good as English); I speak French and Italian, on top of English. I have my music degree in flute performance from the Montreal Conservatory Of Music. As for fitness, I became a certified personal training specialist in 2010 and have worked with many different clients. They range in age from teens to seniors, from able-bodied to disabled, and with joint replacements. I've learned a lot, and hope to teach you as much as I can.
