As a 7x Certified Salesforce Architect & Developer with 15+ years of experience, my tutoring approach is centered on real-world application and hands-on learning. I break down complex Salesforce concepts into clear, manageable lessons tailored to each student’s background and goals. Teaching Methods & Techniques: I use a project-based learning approach—students build real functionality (e.g., triggers, flows, custom integrations) while learning core concepts. I blend technical instruction with live coding, guided exercises, and business use cases to reinforce understanding. Typical Lesson Plan: 5–10 min: Recap and Q&A 15–20 min: Concept walkthrough (e.g., SOQL, Apex classes, LWC basics). 20–30 min: Hands-on exercise or mini-project. Final 5–10 min: Review, assignment, and prep for next topic. Lessons are adapted weekly based on progress and goals (e.g., job prep, certification, or career transition). What Sets Me Apart: Industry Experience: I’ve led enterprise Salesforce implementations across government, legal, and commercial sectors. Proven Track Record: Developed a 90-day bootcamp for Strayer University and trained 100+ admins into developers. Results-Driven: My students gain more than certifications—they build confidence and deliver real value on the job. Who It's For: Career-switchers from admin to dev College students or bootcamp grads needing real-world skills Professionals aiming for Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Anyone looking to level up in Apex, Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce architecture
