About Palash
I am a certified Sound Healing Practitioner and Yoga Teacher passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves through meditation, breathwork, and sound. My journey began through my own search for deeper balance and inner peace, which led me to study yoga and sound healing in India and Nepal.
I have completed a 900-hour Yoga Teacher Training from The Yoga Institute and trained in Tibetan Singing Bowls with experienced teachers in Rishikesh and Nepal. Through my work with sound and meditation, I aim to create a calm and supportive space where people can relax, release stress, and experience deeper awareness and harmony within themselves.
