About Hania

I’m a certified Spanish teacher (ELE) by the University of Salamanca, with two years of experience teaching students from the U.S. and Canada. I’ve worked with learners at different levels and I tailor each lesson to their needs, combining clear grammar explanations, real communication, and creative resources.

I’m also a performing artist, actress and storyteller, which allows me to create a friendly, dynamic, and engaging classroom environment. I speak English (B2), Italian (B2), and French (B1), so I truly understand the challenges of learning a new language. I really enjoy helping others progress in Spanish and gain confidence in using it.

About the lesson

My classes are fully adapted to each student’s level, goals, and interests. I start with a solid grammar foundation and apply it through conversation, listening, and writing practice. I use a variety of materials like personalized exercises, songs, videos, games, and real-life contexts.

My focus is to help you speak from day one and build your confidence step by step. I’ve worked with English-speaking students at all levels — from complete beginners to advanced (C1) — and I always design lessons based on their needs. I can also help you if you speak French or Italian.

Hania was a great teacher for me. I came to Mexico City with absolutely no Spanish. Hania helped me navigate the things that really mattered to me, namely conversations with my host family. She helped set the foundation for my learning and after three months I feel like I took off. I would recommend Hania to anyone looking to learn Spanish.
También Hania habla inglés muy bien. Cómo dije arriba, no estaba hablando español cuando llegue a Mexico. Pero Hania pudo hablar en inglés tan bien que no fue una problema para nosotros a comunicarse. Si necesitas aprender ingles o español, Hania es una persona maravillosa y competente!

También Hania habla inglés muy bien. Cómo dije arriba, no estaba hablando español cuando llegue a Mexico. Pero Hania pudo hablar en inglés tan bien que no fue una problema para nosotros a comunicarse. Si necesitas aprender ingles o español, Hania es una persona maravillosa y competente!

Hania is a great Spanish teacher because she always comes prepared for our class, and adapts her classes to meet the level, but also the best learning method for each student. She always has great resources and materials to put to use.
Sometimes she would let my play a song lyric game online where I had to fill in the missing lyric while Shakira sang.
Once, she put together this whole competition, where my class went to the neighborhood market and had to ask questions of the vendors, and try new foods! It was so fun and great hands on experience!!
I recommend Hania as a Spanish teacher because she’ll help you meet your personal goals.
