About Katie
I am a certified teacher with a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I've worked with students in a variety of settings, and I really enjoy helping people feel more confident and less stressed about school.
I know school can feel overwhelming sometimes, especially when things just aren't clicking. My goal is to make learning feel more manageable by breaking things down in a clear, simple way and meeting each student where they're at.
I'm patient, easy to talk to, and I try to create a relaxed space where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
I want students to leave sessions feeling a little more confident than when they started.

You can always ask questions, even the “I don’t get any of this” ones. Mistakes are totally okay—we use them to learn and improve.
My goal is to help you feel less stuck, more confident, and way more comfortable with math.
