I've had the honor of serving in the field of education for over eighteen years. I am a dual certified teacher and have worked with children from ages 5-17. I am a teacher who believes that all lessons can be fun and effective at the same time. Learning through play is a wonderful method that will keep students engaged in learning while obtaining a plethora of skill attached to reading comprehension.
Each lesson will include an activity that will get their beautiful brain warmed up, a mini lesson in a skill that will build reading comprehension, fluency building, and social emotional learning.
All sessions will be tailored for children in grades 3-8.
