About Elisia
I’ve spent over 15 years helping students succeed, and I’ve been recognized as a K–2 Teacher of the Year with consistently Highly Effective ratings, including a 98% performance score this year.
Three years ago, I was selected to serve as the inaugural first-grade teacher for our school’s newly established advanced program. In this role, I have successfully implemented both the standard and advanced curricula while preparing students for state assessments. My students have consistently demonstrated strong academic growth, achieving measurable gains on state testing and earning promotion into the next grade level’s advanced program.
