About TC
I am TC Liu.
We all have the ability to learn, and while we may find some things more difficult than others, it is the struggle and discovery of our true ability that tells us we have what it takes and that we can succeed. That YOU, can succeed.
As long as you are willing to learn and try, I will be here to help you.

About the lesson

English
My English lessons are structured around every day situations or context students engage with, for example, buying goods, enquiry for a service, stating an opinion, customising a purchase, preferences, etc.
These situations will also be provided or simulated with visuals to give students something to begin with.
Key learning content or concepts will be provided to students in 3-5 minute chunks of the lesson, and 1 lesson may have a maximum of 2 content.
After concepts are delivered, students will be required to practice. Depending on the number of students, they may do peer practice or a practice with the teacher.
Generally lesson will take about 45 minutes to an hour. For younger students, breaks will be provided in between.
My lessons can be catered to various group levels, from primary to adults. They also will be tailored based on student proficiency with the English language.

A teacher who is perfectly balanced between fun and serious
I met TC six years ago through a mutual friend. At the time, I urgently needed to improve my English to find a job. To my surprise, he offered me private lessons for free because he truly wanted to help.
What I appreciate most is how he tailored every lesson to my specific needs. He quickly identified my weaknesses and showed me the most efficient ways to improve. Beyond his professional skills, TC became a close friend and a mentor. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and caring English tutor.View more recommendations
