About Revathi
I am an early years educator. I have been teaching the young people for the past ten years. I have done the Bachelor(HONS) in Early Years Education. Meanwhile, I was practising Yoga for a year and I took up the Yoga Instructor Courses.

About the lesson

In my yoga classes, I would start up with self awareness and joint exercises which is very important to keep the person engage with the class. Then, Surya Namaskar for few rounds and a short relaxation. After that, I would introduce asanas(poses) which focus on different areas. For example, to loosen hamstring, backbends, core practise, inversions and etc. To end the class, Savasana will be conducted.
