My yoga sessions are thoughtfully designed to suit each individual’s needs, goals, and comfort level. I follow a personalised teaching methodology that combines traditional yoga practices with modern, easy-to-follow techniques. Classes typically include warm-ups, asanas, pranayama, relaxation, and guided meditation. Each session usually lasts 45–60 minutes, depending on the student’s preference. I am a certified yoga teacher from India with over 3 years of teaching experience, and I work with children, teenagers, adults, and seniors, from beginners to advanced levels. My focus is on correct alignment, breathing, mindfulness, and creating a calm, supportive learning environment.
