As an experienced audio engineer, I have worked at some of the state's biggest music and comedy festivals and have completed many studio projects including music (featured on triple j), video game audio and post production for film.
In an extremely expensive and unstable field of work, my aim is to provide you with the absolute essentials as well as the things training institutions tend to neglect, allowing you to develop your own path at a much quicker pace. I also encourage a strong individual imprint on your work. My philosophy is to have your skills and creativity working together to create amazing things.
My lessons will focus on:
- recording techniques, equipment needed and the reason they were chosen.
- mixing techniques, exploring frequency ranges and the sound field.
- basic digital mastering and what not to do.

Details
- I will only travel for lessons if students have a minimal to high studio setup eg. computer, headphones (or speakers), and recording software (Pro Tools, Ableton, Logic, Cubase or other).
- Students who do not own or have access to the above mentioned equipment can book lessons with me at my home studio space using my equipment.
