I am a fully qualified Chartered Structural Engineer with a career spanning more than two decades in the Australian engineering sector. Over the past 20+ years, I have designed, managed, and audited a vast range of complex infrastructure, heavy civil, and high-density residential structures.
Throughout my career, I have trained and mentored dozens of graduate and junior engineers within major design consultancies. I know exactly what technical gaps graduates have when entering the workforce, and I know exactly what skills directors look for when promoting engineers.
