About Matthew
I am currently a Senior Quantity Surveyor working within a consultancy environment (PQS) on projects ranging from £1million to £50 million. I am a Chartered Surveyor and a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). I have a First Class Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and I was awarded the Certificate of Excellence for the best dissertation.

Its important that students understand the rational behind the coursework/exam, I will seek to establish the basis of the task and work together to understand the requirements set by the lecturer. I have experience of mentoring university students undertaking Undergraduate degrees, HND's and HNC's on specific Quantity Surveying modules and the dissertation. I have delivered CPD's on a professional business level and I have experience in mentoring and counselling RICS APC candidates on their APC journeys.
