I will be a great math tutor because I am patient, responsible, and affordable. I can explain problems clearly, help students practice, and make mathematics easier to understand and enjoyable! Some techniques I will use include step-by-step explanations, practice problems, visual examples, repetition, and real-life examples to help the student understand and remember mathematical concepts. We’ll start by reviewing the student’s current math skills and learning goals, then practice the topic they need help with. We’ll finish with a few practice problems to make sure they understand the lesson. What sets me apart is my patience, affordability, and ability to make math feel simple and less stressful. I take the time to understand each student’s learning style and adjust my teaching to help them succeed. I specialize in teaching kindergarten through 5th-grade math, making lessons fun, simple, and easy to understand. I’m patient and adjust my teaching style to each child’s learning needs and level.
