About Manny
Physics student at Florida State University completing dual bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Computational & Applied Mathematics, while also taking graduate-level coursework in Applied Mathematics through the FSU Honors Program. My research focuses on high-energy particle physics, including supersymmetry, supersymmetric particles, and quantum black hole production in high-energy collider environments, working with CERN data under Professor Andrew Askew. I also have prior astrophysical research experience in supernova detection using JWST, EUCLID, and HST datasets.
I bring a strong background in theoretical and computational physics, applied mathematics, data analysis, and technical writing, paired with real-world leadership and operational experience. I’m interested in research, graduate study, and technical roles at the intersection of physics, mathematics, and fundamental science.
Outside of research, I’m the founder and co-owner of Manny’s Mobile Servicing, a Florida-commissioned Public Notary, ASE P2 certified, and forklift certified.

My teaching focuses on intuition, adaptability, and real-world application. Instead of memorizing formulas, students learn how concepts actually work and why they apply. Lessons begin by identifying where confusion starts, then rebuilding the topic step-by-step through clear explanations and guided problem solving. I adapt to each student’s learning style, using diagrams, examples, or real-world scenarios depending on what helps them understand best. As someone experienced with ADHD-informed learning strategies, I structure sessions to maintain focus, break concepts into manageable pieces, and keep lessons engaging. The goal is to build confidence and develop the problem-solving intuition needed to tackle new problems independently.
