About Lee

As a Latina with Puerto Rican roots, I have years of experience creating delicious, flavorful meals that bring people together. I am a Culinary Arts graduate and am currently completing my studies in Holistic Health, allowing me to combine my passion for cooking with my interest in wellness and healthy living.

Through my classes, I will teach you how to prepare easy and delicious Puerto Rican dishes, along with other recipes and techniques I have learned throughout my culinary journey. My goal is to make cooking fun, approachable, and full of flavor while sharing the traditions and knowledge that inspire me.

Cooking is more than just a skill for me—it’s a passion. I’m excited to share my culinary experience and love of food with others who are eager to learn!

About the lesson

I know cooking can seem overwhelming at first but I will start with easy steps so you can gradually build your confidence and skills. By mastering the basics, such as chopping vegetables or making rice, you can move on to more advanced techniques like sautéing or baking. With practice and guidance, you'll be able to create delicious dishes that will impress your friends and family.
