About Winny
Hello,
I'm Winny! I have been teaching for over 4 years now. I am currently a third year Chemical Engineering student at UNSW and also a violin and piano teacher at a music school in Chatswood. Throughout my schooling life I have been selected to represent my highschool in many academic competitions (including the Da Vinci Decathlon and the Future Problem Solving Competition), and have received numerous academic awards.
I completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) in 2018 at Ravenswood School for Girls, attaining a mark of 42/45 (99.40 ATAR). My subject breakdowns are as followed:

I am an experienced tutor who is able to break down difficult concepts easily into digestible chunks. I have over 4 years of teaching experience so I know the pitfalls that many students fall into the trap of. I am able to adapt my teaching style to accommodate for different students’ needs and will try and find the best way for them to learn!
I make sure that my students understand the basic concepts first, and then move onto harder problems as their understanding deepens. I make sure to test them on the challenging problems that may trip them up so that they can maximise their learning and understand tricks to help them succeed!
