About Adam
I have a BS in Chemical Engineering (plus grad school). I've been a chemical engineer, a software engineer, an applications solutions architect, and software engineering manager. As a manager, I coach teams and individuals to become high-performing teams. My passion is in mentoring and coaching! As a mentor, I meet one-on-one with my team to help them find their own career goals and make a plan to achieve them. I teach teams how to collaborate and communicate. Everyone has an important voice and I encourage everyone to share their ideas in a safe environment. I will teach you what I know about breaking down problems into manageable pieces.
