About Chris
I am a martial artist who has just returned from training in China under Shaolin and Chen Taiji Masters.
With previous experience in Karate and Wing Chun, I had then trained in Shaolin Kung Fu for 3 years in Australia before I went to China to continue my training on a deeper level. In China, I fell in love with Chen Taiji and focused my training towards it.

I want to give anyone the choice of what they want to take away from my lessons and focus on teaching the things people want to learn.
A typical lesson with me will include a warm-up, basic skills, and then the focus of the lesson. It may be Tai Chi basics, Chen forms, self defence drills, Qigong and meditation, or health and fitness skills, depending on what you want to focus on!
On our first lesson, we can talk together and work out a plan for what would be best for you.
