About Ashriel
I am Ashriel, an 18-year-old currently residing in Auckland, New Zealand. I have been playing and studying the beautiful game of chess for 5 years (since I was 13). My peak rating on Chess.com is 2003 rapid (Account name: wilsonson071). My current rapid rating there is 1908 (Account name: wilsonson1). My current FIDE classical rating is 1600 (I do not play many OTB tournaments, but hope to be able to one day).
I understand that my achievements in chess at this point in my life may not be impressive enough to warrant charging a high coaching fee, which is why my coaching fee is far below the industry standard. I want to provide you with a cheaper but hopefully still beneficial alternative to expensive chess coaching.

I'm a 2000 rated Chess.com player. I have been playing chess seriously for a few years, so I will be able to go through your games with you, and give you advice and chess principles to help boost your elo.
If you are a beginner to intermediate chess player who wants advice on how to improve your game, but don't want to spend so much money on expensive coaching from titled players, then you should sign up for an online lesson from me!
We will conduct our lessons primarily on Zoom or Google Meet. However, if you would like to use another platform(e.g., Discord, etc.) you can inform me.
