About Liam
I have been playing chess since I was 3 years old with my grandpa. Over the years I played in countless tournaments as a student and transitioned into teaching at a kinder gander through elementary school level as a student in college. I am now taking what I learned teaching at schools and helping individuals improve not only at chess, but also at the other skills that come along with it such as patience and mindfulness.

Hi! I am a chess teacher and graduate of the University of Arizona who has multiple years of experience teaching chess to kindergarten through elementary aged children. In addition to teaching just the strategies of chess I also like to train the mind for the mental game of chess through meditation. I am comfortable teaching anyone young or old up to an intermediate level.
