I know advay from college. He is one of the finest players of chess I have ever witnessed. To him chess is not just a skill but an activity that provides him calm and something he does for fun. His favourite pass time is to sacrifice the queen for getting the win. He is also the chess team captain of this fine institution which speaks for his skill level. He has also taught me chess over just 4 months helping me boost my own rating from around 600 to 1000 in chess.com He is an open minded individual who has so much patience that even the weakest players love to play chess with him.
