About Oje
As a current medical student and a Nurse, my journey has allowed me to embrace life long learning. Although my appreciation for Biology and Chemistry is strong, I initially struggled with the volume of content and challenge of breaking down difficult chapters.
Through my own experience, I have come to appreciate the importance of a patient teacher who interacts with their students to create an environment where the student can feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.
Alongside , effective study practices, consistent practice and time, I do believe that the right guidance can help students improve their grades.
Lastly, teaching these concepts allows me to consolidate my own academic knowledge and keeps me intellectually challenged in a fun interactive way. I have long been interested in pursuing teaching at some point further down my career, and this opportunity would allow me to develop my teaching skills while sharing my enthusiasm for Biology and Chemistry with others.

Having trouble digesting the overwhelming content in Biology ?Or perhaps you need assistance in breaking down difficult frameworks and concepts in Chemistry? I have been there!
Now, as a qualified Children’s and General Nurse, with experience in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and as a current medical student, I have developed a strong interest in Biology and Chemistry over the last couple of years despite my initial struggles with the subjects.
I aim to make challenging scientific concepts easier to understand through clear explanations. Furthermore, with structured revision and additional practice questions, I believe biology and chemistry can become a much easier battle to win. I aim to personalise my approach according to each student’s foundational knowledge and current skills, helping them build confidence in the subjects.
Whether you are preparing for the Leaving Certificate or A-level examinations, my goal is to help you develop a solid understanding of the material in order to improve your academic performance.
