About Barry
I am a student in UTAS for ICT master degree. I have been studied wingchun for over eight years before in China.
I can give three times lessons(one or two hours a time) a week at most because I have already taught several local students in Hobart.
I can provide private lessons and group lessons(only join my current group lessons at weekend).
My lessons do have any degree and only focus on making you acquire defend skills, confidence, and healthy body.
I am patient, serious to teach. You can see my previous students' performance in the videos.

About the lesson

Wingchun is a systematic lessons. It teaches you to use two hands, legs and body to work together to defend your opponents and raise your natural react to defend with wingchun fighting technique.
It is very similar with English learning. Firstly, you will learn something like alphabet. Then learn how to combine them to form different fighting technique to defend hook, straight punch, low punch, uppercut, roundhouse kick, straight kick and so on.
In teaching method, there are three main aspects to train. One is your strength, power, and stamina. The second one is sticky hand which trains your natural reaction with short bridge hands. The third one is close to real fighting with long bridge hands.
Do not worry it is complex. One by one step, you can get it.
