Only if you know what students need or what student should learn, then you can teach with a specific purpose which will contribute to your teaching. Next, I will encourage more classroom interaction or if it is one-on-one, I will encourage students to interact with me as much as possible because students can obtain more through interaction and teachers can be aware of what part students are weak in.
