I will always talk to my students to understand what they find difficult and which areas they want to improve. This helps me plan my lessons and choose suitable books or exercises for them. I also communicate with parents so that we all have the same goals and direction. If a student has any special situation, I will adjust the lessons to help them learn comfortably.
