About Gaia

Ciao! I'm Gaia. Born in Milan, I left Italy in 2018 to follow my dream in horseracing! As well I knew just the basics in English language, so I wanted to learn! As dyslexic, the school in Italy didn't really helped me. It was so boring and too many heavy books/homeworks. But I found my way to learn English in a funny and motivational way here in UK. Anyway I am a big embroidery fan! I love the nature and sports too! There is a lot about me, just get in touch.

From every lesson done, I am going to donate £5 to Macmillan as I am taking part on The Ernest Cooper Macmillan Ride of their Lives 2026 in June.

About the lesson

I love personalised lessons for each students as everyone has a different reason why they want to learn Italian. Furthermore as I am dyslexic, I love help in different and flexible ways to help you to boost your confidence in listening, writing, speaking and vocabulary. As I build the class of students I will don't mind organize some days away with other students for a coffee or restaurant or to the zoo etc So everyone can make new friends and boost the language practice. Of course I will be always there to help.

Perfect! Gaia is an excellent teacher and always makes the lessons interesting. Being Italian, she ia able to give useful insights on Italian life, culture and also slang. I would recommend her very highly without hesitation.

Steven is quite fluent in Italian, even if he doesn’t always want to admit it! He always tries his best to remember the mistakes from the previous lesson and doesn’t carry them into the next week, which makes me so proud of him! It’s always so nice having Italian lessons with him every week since April 2025. Let’s keep up the great work together, and thank you for choosing me as your tutor. xx
