About Giacomo
I'm Giacomo (djà-koh-moh), but everybody calls me Jack. I live in Genoa and I'm 23. I study at University and I have plenty of hobbies: I really like music, cycling, sports, hiking, traveling, history and literature. I'm kind of extrovert and - since I'm not so skilled in guitar - I think teaching will be my work in the future!

If you want to talk we have many topics to explore, otherwise we can dive deep into Italian grammar! I'm a student experienced in teaching as tutor in Latin, Greek and Maths and after attending a course in "Teaching Italian as Second Language" I decided to start this new journey. I use a functional method, focusing on students' needs and wills and making the lesson a safe space is a priority. I can talk using my natural accent (northern Italy, Liguria) or I can switch in standard Italian. As I'm almost graduated in Literature and Linguistics, I can explain grammatical structure or idiomatic expression.
