About Nastasjia

Hi! I'm Nastasjia (26), I am originally from Northern Italy, more precisely Lake Como. I have recently graduated in Music and Performing Arts, but before that I also studied Foreign Languages and Literatures (English and the very complicated but wonderful German language). As you can see, music and languages are my two main passions—after all, music can be seen as a language itself. I’ve always been fascinated by foreign languages. I love traveling abroad and immersing myself in different linguistic environments. I strive to share my passion for languages with anyone facing challenges in learning them, as I believe that fun and interest are key to mastering a foreign language.

About the lesson

I already have experience tutoring online - this has helped me understand that every student needs a different approach, so I adjust my methods to meet everyone's needs. I like to keep lessons interactive and dynamic, where the main goal is to actually enjoy the process of learning. That's why I use a lot of different resources, according to the student's preferences: it could be reading an interesting article, watching a clip, having a conversation, doing online quizzes and so on. I like to teach to anyone, from beginners to advanced students who may want to explore concepts of pure linguistics!

Nastasjia’s background as a native Italian speaker gives her a solid foundation in authentic pronunciation, colloquial expressions, and cultural nuances—qualities that are invaluable in any language teacher. Her knowledge of multiple languages enhances her ability to break down grammar and language concepts clearly, using comparisons and explanations tailored to the linguistic background of her students. This bilingual or multilingual approach helps students grasp complex Italian grammar points more easily, as she can relate them to rules or structures they may already know.
In addition, her mastery of Italian pronunciation ensures that students will be learning from a source that represents how Italian is naturally spoken. This combination of deep linguistic insight and native proficiency creates an environment where you can not only learn effectively but also develop confidence in both the theory and practice of Italian. Nastasjia’s teaching style is friendly and engaging, putting you at ease from the start. I can't wait for my next lesson!
