About Minette Corazon
I am a Filipino civil engineer who graduated in 2019 from the University of the Philippines, the top university in the Philippines and which is recognized by the Australian government. I have extensive experience in advanced Mathematics from earning an engineering degree and that wouldn't have been possible had I not enjoyed studying foundational high school/secondary Mathematics along with the other subjects in that level. In fact, when I took the National Career Assessment Examination with all other students in the Philippines in my level, I was on the 99+ percentile rank in all subject areas.
I have been granted a visa with full working rights here in Australia. Upon preparation for my visa application, I have to take an English proficiency exam and I got an 8.0 in IELTS which paved the way for me working part time as an IELTS tutor which means I can communicate effectively with people of different backgrounds.
