About Katrina
I am a recent civil engineering graduate from Queen's University, and am currently completing a dual degree in environmental studies, giving me a multidisciplinary background. I have provided tutoring services to other undergraduate students over the past few years, and have extensive knowledge in physics and mathematics that would be beneficial at the high school level.

My teaching methods are very flexible, and I make an effort to cater each lesson to the student's unique learning style. I generally take a more hands on approach with teaching, in which I engage with the student collaboratively in problem solving as oppose to just teaching them the information. My goal is for students is to for them to just be able to memorize how to solve problems, but to truly understand the root of the problems for deeper comprehensive problem solving.
