I focus more on the concept of the students. I myself am not someone who would like to mug up stuff so consequently I would not like even my students to do that. Also, I like to focus on building the base of the subject. Lastly, we can have casual and informal classes because that is one way I believe the students are most efficient. When they are open with their teacher and can build love for the subject.
