Stretching and Flexibility lessons with qualified Progressing Ballet Technique instructor for beginner, intermediate and advanced ballet students as well as non-dancers. I will put together a meticulously selected syllabus depending on the student's level and capacity. Exercises focus on recognizing, activating and strengthening important balletic muscle groups, obtaining correct posture etc. with the help of various equipment such as resistance bands, Pilates and yoga balls.
I am a Classical Ballet teacher. I have been teaching since 2011. Due to my personal interest, aside from teaching Classical Ballet I have also taught Stretching, Flexibility and Conditioning classes. I have completed all 3 levels of Progressing Ballet Technique in March 2019.
