About Reede
I’m a classical guitarist and teacher based in Haberfield, working with students from complete beginners through to more advanced players. My passion is to share my love for the guitar and music, and I hope to inspire the same in my students!
As a performer in the Sydney Guitar Collective, I also encourage all my students to perform as much as they can and play music with others.

My approach to teaching is to keep lessons fun and engaging, while building a genuine love for music, the instrument, and performing.
Each lesson is tailored specifically to the interests and goals of each student. If you are unsure what they are – don’t worry! We’ll find them together.
While classical guitar is my main focus, I’m equally comfortable teaching acoustic and electric, as well as bass and ukulele. The aim is always the same: give students a strong foundation so they can play with confidence, whatever direction they take.
I strongly encourage all my students to learn to read music – while not absolutely necessary to be a successful musician, it is an extremely valuable skill and can help in so many ways! I hold the same strong urge for my students to take AMEB or Rockschool exams, as they provide excellent structure and performance opportunities.
