About Dontré

I’m from Southern California and grew up in Orange County. I’ve trained at the San Francisco Ballet School and was a Trainee at Ballet Austin. I’ve professionally danced for California Ballet, San Diego Ballet, American Contemporary Ballet, and the Dance Theatre of Harlem.

About the lesson

My lessons are based off of my training as a San Francisco Ballet School alumni, and my personal workout regime I follow to upkeep my endurance, range of motion, and strength as a professional dancer. Certified in FMS and PBT.
