About Tom
I have always strived to be the teacher that students can feel happy and excited coming to school to work with, and who can make learning an enjoyable and caring experience. I love being able to assist students in understanding new concepts and give them something great to walk away with.
I always prioritise the wellbeing and happiness of my students, and believe in having a friendly, no pressure approach where students can feel confident to try their best and not feel afraid of making mistakes.
I have six years experience as an SSO in several different schools and have had great success in assisting students of a wide variety of needs and backgrounds.
I am a lover of all things cinema as well as cats (I'm a crazy cat guy!), antique shops, pinball and learning about the history of human space travel.
